Aerobics & Toning Class Descriptions:

For a schedule of our current classes, please call us at 320 634 2265. We have a varied schedule including early morning, mid-morning, noon, evening, and Saturday classes.

• Low-Impact (LI), a 60 minute class of low impact moves with abdominal workout
• Pilates, as 45 minute class of balance, flexibility, strengthening the core and more
• Strength/Toning, a 30 minute class that tones various muscle groups
• Tae-Box, a 60 minute class combining Tae Kwon Do and boxing moves
• Sr. Sneakers, two 45 minute classes (Muscular Strength and Cardio Circuit) for seniors of anyage and ability
