My favorite Heather

"Once again Heather faithfully and promptly returned my call to "Dr. Montenegro's nurse" today. In these times and at my age, a person has learned to appreciate courteous and kind service.

Heather had done her "homework" and was able to answer all my questions and give me the necessary background to my questions, which ALWAYS relieves my mind and prepares me for "the next step"; today, it was coming in for a blood draw. The last time I was in, I promised Heather that I would be writing "my thanks" this time - so, Heather - here they are - Thanks, thanks, thanks."
