Thank you to a teriffic staff during a terrible experience

"We (Agnes and daughter Janet) were on our way to the clinic for an appointment with Dr. Mellgren. As we turned the corner to the clinic, Agnes could not give further instructions as to the route to the Clinic - was slurring! I (Janet) ran in for help - girls at the desk rushed immediately for a nurse who within seconds had a wheel chair by the car for Agnes.

Agnes was cared for with smiles and gentleness. Each staff member was exceptionally caring in ER. A traumatic experience for us could not have been handled as well anywhere as wonderfully. Agnes had the TPA drip administered within 31 minutes and was taken by ambulance to St. Joe's (in a snowstorm)! Dr. Hanson (neurologist at St. Joe's) said Glenwood ER is her most efficient hospital. Average drip administered time is 72 minutes (Glenwood was in 31 minutes).
