You don’t need to wait for a crisis to seek help. Our behavioral health team provides diagnostic assessments, counseling, and therapy services for a wide range of mental health concerns and emotional challenges, including:
Your mental and emotional well-being plays a key role in your physical health. That’s why caring for both, together, can lead to better sleep, improved focus, stronger relationships, and greater overall well-being. We offer both short-term and ongoing support tailored to your needs.
Therapy is a collaborative process. During your first session, your provider will learn about your goals, concerns, and personal history. Sessions are confidential and tailored to your comfort level. Our mental health practitioners aim to create a safe, supportive, and focused environment that’s centered on your individual path forward.
When you begin services with us, you’ll complete a straightforward intake form. This helps us understand your concerns, preferences, and what matters most to you. Based on this information, our team thoughtfully matches you with the counselor whose experience and therapeutic approach best align with your needs—so you can start working with someone who’s a strong fit from the very first session.
We understand that seeking counseling in a smaller community can feel personal. That’s why we’re committed to confidentiality at every step. You’ll check in at the front desk like any other clinic visit, and your counseling records are securely stored in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
New patients are welcome—no referral needed.
